  Returns For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs associated with returning the item(s) to the Bunch of Grapes. Online Orders Bunch of Grapes accepts returns of books and clothing within thirty days of purchase. The items must be in saleable condition and must be accompanied by an original receipt, packing slip, or web order confirmation. Any returns received that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of a Bunch of Grapes error. In-store Purchases Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in saleable condition. Returns accompanied by the original receipt may be refunded in full, using the method of payment shown on the original receipt. Returns unaccompanied by a receipt will receive store credit. We do not accept returns of special orders, test prep books or travel guides. Shipping Orders in the US are shipped via FedEx Ground. They must be shipped to a physical address, not a PO Box. The cost of shipping is determined by the cost of the total order. Up to $39.99... $8 $40-$79.99... $9 $80-$99.99... $10 $100 and up... free Orders in Canada are shipped by US Mail.
